Refund Policy

We aim to deliver clarity, value, and measurable growth through our services. Due to the time and intellectual input involved, refunds are not applicable once the project has commenced. However:

  • If you cancel before project kickoff, a 50% refund is applicable.

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed audit or report within the committed timeframe due to our fault, a proportional refund may be offered.

  • For third-party services (e.g., ads, influencers), the refund policy will be governed by the vendor's policy.
