  4. Delivery Timeline: Service timelines are agreed upon before project start. Delays due to unresponsive clients may affect delivery.

  5. Payment Terms: Payment is collected upfront or as per milestones. Work begins post-clearance of fees.

  6. Modification & Cancellation: Any changes to scope, deadlines, or services must be agreed in writing. Cancellations are non-refundable after work initiation.
